About Buzz
With a wide range of dance classes from 6 months of age upwards, whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete beginner, you will love learning to dance at Buzz Academy.
Buzz offers the opportunity to complete RAD examinations to motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities.

The structured classes aim to develop students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression and musicality using a range of movements and musical styles.
Students are also able to participate in performances and competitions to showcase their newly acquired skills.

Buzz students do have a dance uniform and details are available in our information pack.

Meet Verity
Buzz Principal Verity has extensive dance and teaching experience. Verity is a registered Royal Academy of Dance teacher, having most recently worked for the Faculty of Education at the RAD.
Verity joined the RAD in 2014 as a Lecturer in Dance Education and taught across a range of professional, postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.
Verity also currently tutors Trainee Ballet Teachers who are enrolled on the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies at the RAD.

Before going into education Verity studied dance from the age of 4, undertook many dance exams and also performed in competition and with various professional shows.
Students who attend Buzz Academy benefit from Verity's excellent knowledge of dance education and teaching ability.
